Collins Bus in South Hutchinson is looking for a Human Resources Generalist.
This position provides support to HR functions including: recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, data and file maintenance, etc.
Responsibilities
Provide professional HR guidance to managers and supervisors, and provide HR support to employees.
Promote positive employee relations, respond to employee inquiries, and be involved in resolving issues and concerns.
Supports the staffing needs of the plant. This includes screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting new hires as they move through the onboarding process.
Conduct new hire orientation ensuring that applicable paperwork is completed and policies are reviewed.
Perform a variety of HRIS tasks including data entry and regular file maintenance.
Assist with organizational training and development efforts.
Deliver excellent results with a positive and professional attitude and lead by example.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in human resources. Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus but not required.
Experience supporting the complete talent acquisition process, including working within applicant tracking systems, communicating with applicants during the interview and offer stages, etc.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Able to professionally communication with varying roles within the plant including an office and hourly workforce.
