Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Upholstering of Luxury Sprinter Interior Panels using Vinyl and Carpet materials
Utilization of spray adhesives and upholstery staple guns
Cutting of interior plywood panels on CNC router
Cutting of sub floor materials on CNC router
Additional assembly of interior components
Skills/Qualifications:
Automotive Upholstery or Furniture industry/ cabinet shop experience desired
Experience using building materials
Ability to use ladders, enter and exit vehicles, reaching, bending, twisting, squatting, working below knees or above shoulders and lifting as much as 50 lbs.
Ability to use air and electrically powered tools such as drills, hammer drills, torque wrenches (powered or non-powered), air tools.
Ability to read and understand work orders, directions, charts, forms and safety regulations.
Ability to correctly use and read various gauges.
Ability to work well with other employees in a team environment.
Ability to read a tape measure to a sixteenth (1/16) of an inch.
Must have strong problem-solving skills.
Must be able to work in a strong team environment.
